fantastic location and superb staff!

convenient location comfortable decor thoughtful valet

I found the location convenient. 14Th street offers great access to shops and restaurants. our accessible room included comfortable decor (it felt so cute!). getch, the valet, was helpful with both check-in and check-out. His thoughtfulness stood out.

The building seemed a bit older. It was not quite what i expected from viceroy experiences.

The oysters at dovetail (a restaurant in the hotel) impressed me greatly. They were superb and offered such a fresh taste. the service in the dining areas was attentive, and staff ensured all needs were promptly met.

spacious room large bathroom water machine musty smell leaking windows closed pool

I booked a viceroy king room and i found it very spacious. the bathroom and shower were quite large, such a dream. i noticed the lobby had a water machine, so convenient for refills. i appreciated all the staff. Everyone seemed so happy to work there!!!

I had high hopes for this hotel, but some things didn't quite meet my expectations. i did notice a musty smell on the 6th floor, a little disappointing. the windows seemed to need replacement. They didn't quite keep out all the noise. i also found out the pool was closed, a real letdown since i was so looking forward to a swim

decent stay overall

spacious room good food new hotel uncomfortable bed small pool deceptive picture

the rooms are spacious (i was actually surprised). the hotel seemed fairly new, nice. the restaurant had some good food options. i especially enjoyed the breakfast.

the bed wasn't comfortable at all. it was not at all a pillow top or luxurious as advertised. it hurt my back. the pool was very small. the picture made it look much bigger (it was deceiving).
